Privacy Policy

    Effective Date: April 20, 2026 · Last Updated: April 20, 2026

    1. Introduction

Nuros Learning LLC (“Nuros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Nuros ARC platform, an AI-powered study note and learning platform accessible at nuros.app (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our Service.

By using Nuros, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

    2. Age Requirements

    2.1 Age Verification and Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We implement age-gating at account registration. Users are required to provide their date of birth, and accounts identified as belonging to users under 13 are not permitted to register.

If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete such information.

Users between the ages of 13 and 17 (“Minor Users”) may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Users between 13 and 17 years of age should review this Policy with a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians who wish to request deletion of their minor child’s data may contact us at support@nuros.app.

2.2 Parental Rights and Minor Data

If you are a parent or legal guardian of a Minor User, you may:

    • Request access to the personal information we have collected about your child
    • Request correction or deletion of your child’s personal information
    • Request that we restrict further collection or use of your child’s data

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@nuros.app. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling such requests.

We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children’s use of online services and to help enforce this Privacy Policy.

    2.3 Educational Use Disclaimer

Nuros is a direct-to-consumer service and is not provided to schools or educational institutions on behalf of students. We do not act as a “school official” under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Users are responsible for ensuring that any content uploaded to the Service does not violate school policies or third-party rights.

    2.4 Minor-Specific Data Use Limitations

For users identified as Minor Users (ages 13–17), we limit the use of personal information to what is reasonably necessary to provide the Service. We do not use Minor User data for behavioral advertising or profiling beyond what is required to deliver core functionality.
